Welcome to Yatdim, a brand of Vicare Technology Co., Limited ("Vicare Technology," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website yatdim.com (the "Site") and your purchase of electric bicycles, e-scooters, and related accessories (the "Products") from us. Our Services are directed to individual consumers worldwide.
By accessing our Site or purchasing Products from us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Yatdim is your trusted partner for premium electric mobility. We curate and supply high-quality e-bikes and e-scooters from leading manufacturers, with stock ready to ship from our EU warehouse. Whether you're commuting daily or exploring on weekends, we're here to make your ride simple, fast, and enjoyable. Yatdim is a brand operated by Vicare Technology Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.
2. Account Registration
To make a purchase or access certain features on our Site, you may need to create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Pricing: All Product prices displayed on the Site are final and include applicable VAT (unless explicitly stated otherwise). Prices are shown in Euro and may be converted to other currencies for your convenience — the final charge will be in Euro.
Orders: When you place an order, you are offering to buy the Products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a separate confirmation that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. If your payment is not successful, we will not process your order.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Shipping: We ship Products from our EU warehouse to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
Risk & Title: Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged, or does not match your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@yatdim.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the defect or damage. We will guide you through the return process and, once the returned Product is received and inspected, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Non-Defective Products: Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply no longer want the Product. All sales are final unless the Product is defective or incorrect as described above.
5. Product Use and Compliance
Our Products are designed for personal use in accordance with their specifications. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any Product complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your country or region (e.g., road traffic laws, age restrictions, helmet requirements). Products: Our Products are covered by legal guarantees concerning conformity and defects. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicare Technology Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
