At Yatdim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electric ride. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options if something isn't right.
1. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or does not match your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Notification Period:
You must notify us of any defect or error within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return, except as required by law.

A clear description of the issue
Photographs or video showing the defect or damage
We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Return Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will offer you:
A repair (if feasible), or
A replacement with the same product (subject to availability), or
A full refund of the purchase price (including original shipping costs, if the product is defective).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Please do not send the item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
2. Non-Defective Products (No Change of Mind Returns)
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
The product no longer being wanted
Incorrect size or style ordered (unless the product received does not match the description)
All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect as described in Section 1.
3. Condition of Returned Items
If a return is accepted under Section 1, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition.
4. Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return even if defective, depending on the nature of the issue. We will assess each case individually and act in accordance with your legal rights.
